We advise our customers on bankruptcy and enforcement matters both in national as well as cross-border proceedings. Our attorneys also act as bankruptcy trustees and reorganisation advisers.

Our senior partner Terje Eipre has acted as the bankruptcy trustee as of 1992 and has conducted the bankruptcy proceedings of such companies as AS Eesti Maapank, AS Hara Sadam, AS Dvigatel, AS Järve ATP, Haabersti Perespordikeskuse AS and OÜ Loksa Ravikeskus.
Our attorneys have taught enforcement and bankruptcy law to the Labour Inspectorate officials, among many others.
