Our attorneys have long-term experience with tax and customs disputes, public procurement proceedings as well as construction, planning and environmental disputes. We assist our customers in proceedings for applying environmental permits and in matters pertaining to environmental impact assessment and companies’ environmental obligations, including reporting.

We have successfully represented the interests of Estonian leading transportation companies in public procurements for county and urban bus lines. Our attorneys won a case for a customer who filed a complaint against the Tallinn City Government requesting that they revoke the administrative act by which they refused the customer’s application for privatisation of land by way of pre-emption and decided not to designate land necessary for servicing a structure.
We also successfully represented a customer before an administrative court against the Ministry of Education and Research in a case where the customer requested that a directive that repealed the education licence issued to an Estonian driving school be revoked.
