We have successfully represented the interests of Estonian leading transportation companies in public procurements for county and urban bus lines. Our attorneys won a case for a customer who filed a complaint against the Tallinn City Government requesting that they revoke the administrative act by which they refused the customer\u2019s application for privatisation of land by way of pre-emption and decided not to designate land necessary for servicing a structure.<\/p>\n

We also successfully represented a customer before an administrative court against the Ministry of Education and Research in a case where the customer requested that a directive that repealed the education licence issued to an Estonian driving school be revoked.<\/p>\n
